I have them on my car. They came stock on some cars with the "white package" or something like that and the stickers were white and said "Formula V8". That package also came with white wheels, some kid in KC has a '94 Formula with it. However the previous owner of my car had a brother in-law that worked for a boat decal company and traced the FORMULA off the front headlight, had it blown up and made into a sticker for the door.
I do have pictures but no where to host them as of now. I can get them hosted by the end of the week though.

im not positive but it was under 2 weeks to OH. probable a week or a week and a half. it was small enough to fit in a bigger envelope. so i dont know how long it would take because ur decals would probable be bigger than mine.

I have no stickers on my car, well only 3... The DS Headlight, and rear bumper "Formula"s, and the WS6 badge. That's it and that's exactly how I like it. but that's me..
Factory, I don't think they ever came on the sides. They only said Firebird, or Trans Am, I've never seem one of the 3D side Formula decals.
