Yup, through the firewall. Just look past your passenger side kick panel and you can get em through there. You could also go through the side of door if you are too lazy like I did my on 93. It looks kinda tacky though

You can also try on the driver's side, where the hood latch cable runs through the firewall. Just pull back the grommet a little bit and slide the wire through. It's high enough on the firewall you don't really have to worry about water or anything, plus it gets you in right where you want, on the driver's side. The down side is if you have the relay from the lights next to the battery, you have to run the wire through the engine compartment to the hole, and that looks tacky. But if you don't care, take your pick.

If your car is a 98 and up you can easily get it through behind the computer in the top passenger side of the engine compartment. Just take off the cover and take out the two bolts holding the computer down. You can then move the computer enough to get to the grommet behind it and run the wire through. I was able to get two 4ga power wires for my stereo through that grommet so there should be plenty of room.

Actually, it is the same on 93-97s also. I have the same hole in the same spot on my car.

Well then I guess it doesn't matter which year.
I really think that would be the best way to go.
