Fog light question

Fog light question
My driver's side fog lamp looks a lot dimmer than the other one. Also, when I go to arm or disarm the alarm, and the fogs come on for a sec or two, the driver's side one is a lot slower to come on than the other one. Could it be time for new fog lights? I already replaced the factory fogs about two years ago with some Pilots (that's what these are). They were a direct plug in into the factory harness, no drilling or splicing of any sort. I wonder if I could take it apart and replace the bulb or something--but they look pretty sealed to me. If I decide to get new fogs, does anyone else beside Pilot make the direct plug in kind. I don't wanna do any drilling or slicing of any sort. Thanks!!!

There's a link in my sig for a Pilot Fog Light conversion you might want to check out...It uses H3 bulbs so you have to mate the wires together correctly (doesn't use factory plug.) You can check it out though, it's really simple...other than that, I'd just say try to replace the bulb...
