Red looks really good with white cars, but don't overdo it. I personally love the red trim on the rim lips. Get a nice red chevy logo for your grill. Maybe lower it a bit. Nice car

Ehh, I really wanted them to be about as different as can be really. I am however trying to lean my dad towards painting his 72 z/28 orange with white stripes.

Get some black stripes then. Stripes look better on white Camaros than any other color (except maybe black).

Um, I can't get the image to work. Try this link: http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m...RS/01white.jpg or this one http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m...C8/website/SLP RS/01white.jpg

I say no stripes -- black or orange. As an owner of a 30th, I agree -- you want your other car to live on its own. The black halo on the white car is AWESOME, and the 30th wheels are smoking hot on your 4.1-gen. I would like orange calipers on your car.

Then I forgive you for trying to replace it with a piston slap.

I'm leaning towards red or orange calipers for sure. And I can't stand hockey stripes, so that's a no go for me. As for the Halos, I love the way they look, but after seeing a few set up close and seeing how bad the weather stripping looks around them, I'm leery on getting a set. On a good note, I ordered loudmouth 1 today with dual/dual tips

By halo, I was referring to the black halo (wrap-around-the-back) roof line -- not halo lights. I think those are too over the top for my tastes. Your car is a picture of subtle grace and power.

Oh ok gotcha, and thanks. Just skimmed over the post and saw halo and the lights popped in my head first.

Just FYI, what you're calling a halo is the C-pillar. A-pillars are alongside the windshield and there's no B-pillar on 4th gens. I guess the 5th gen has one though.
