First real pics of my 2000 z/28

Bought it from the original owner back in August w/ 88k on it... It was bone stock when I got it, now it had an air filter, the short shifter off my 30th Anniversary, black berger w/ stainless inserts, export tails off my 30th, a free billet grille, and the white wheels (with DRs ) off my 30th. And I'm going to paint behind the grille black as soon as it warms up a little here.

the berger tail really sets off a white car, last pic is my favorite.

I myself would prefer to have the roof of the car painted white instead of black. That wouldn't cost much to have done either, maybe $150.

Thanks guys. I like the black halo, since it's got t-tops and the 30th has a white halo. Don't want the two cars looking too similar.

I would've kept the 383.

I still have it, it's just sitting waiting on money to replace the crankshaft.

Looks nice, you should do a few black accents to set it off.

Looks really good along with adding the 30th Anniv. stock wheels to it . I never did like the chrome wheel option that they had to offer back in 97 for our car's.

Looks good. Get the backside of the grill painted black and call it done!

Re: First real pics of my 2000 z/28

I'd do black accents, but don't wanna VHT anything (had everything blacked out on my mr2 a few years ago). I'm also undecided on what color to paint my calipers. And the white grille part is getting painted as soon as it warms up, along with some 5% tint when the taxes get back

Re: First real pics of my 2000 z/28

I'd do the calipers in red or orange, but that's just me

I doubt you'd want to do this, but you could always get some hugger orange stripes and have cars that look like brothers.
