Question First Gen. Emblem ?'s

I know this has been covered alot and I have read up on the subject, but...

Have any of you who have used/or know some one who has used the 1st gen emblems, used the grill emblem of a 69 camaro?

It seems as the deck lid emblem is most popular for people using these emblems but i was wondering if any one has tried/ or knows anthing about the grill emblem.

Thanks, and happy new Year

I've got the 68 fender emblem on my fender, but that's it. If you want, I can get you a pic.

i would like a pic
don't the fender emblems from 68 have the little pins on the back? If so, did u just cut it off and use the 3m adhesive tape to tape it on, or what?

How did they fit on your fenders? Did you have to do alot of bending to fit the emblem or did you get a flat emblem. If you could send me a picture that would be great.

Thanks

They fit really well, the area was pretty flat, so it went on without a hitch. I put it between the door and the fenderwell, right above the molding line. I just cut the pins off the back, sanded the back smooth, and used 3M tape. It looks great; I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.
