Those are definitely both sick. I reallly wish I had that kind of money. The Lambo seems almost a little high priced for a replica, although i'm sure that engine could do a lot of damage.

Those poor F-Bodies.

The lambo looks sweet, but the Ferrari? It smacks of a Camaro/Firebird, and the interior is a dead giveaway

Hmmm. A replica Diablo for the price of a real one.

No way in hell the Lambo is an f-body kit.

I would bet that it's a lambo with an engine swap...maybe the V12 blew up or something. But that is a Lambo body.

Also, note that there is no mention of a donor car.

I e-mailed the dude to see what the donor car for the Lambo was...It would be nice if they sold those kits, then we could all be Ferrari/Lamborghini rip-offs...

I like them both, but without question the Diablo is nicer. As Gripenfelter already said though - $179G for the Diablo, $39G for the F50. It should be.

It also said that there was over $50k in the Ferrari, not bad. It could stand some different wheels, but for a pretty good replica (outside) that isn't too expensive with donor car cost included. The interior could defiinitely stand some updating though, at least the steering wheel...

Arrow New and exciting info!

The following is a direct C&P from my e-mail:

Dalton,

Thanks for your interest. I'm always happy to talk with another car enthusiast.

There wasn't a donor. The chassis was custom-built by Shelby Custom Exotics. It is a tube chassis design inspired by their experience from their racing career. Some people call this type of replica a "tube chassis" car. That's not to say we didn't use parts from existing cars in the build -- but the list of donors is very long (we used GM parts from all different kinds of vehicles).

You can see pictures of the tube chassis on my build site:
