Fiberglass Spoiler
Fiberglass Body Specialists Inside Please...
I just bought a used RK Sport wing. It looks like it's had a few coats of paint... I'm guessing at least 3 or so. The top coat is not in the greatest condition... some paint chips... etc. and I'm going to have it painted anyway to match the color of my car... white.
Would I be doing myself a favor... saving a little money... by sanding it down myself then taking it to the body shop to get painted?
I don't want to strip it since I've heard chemical strippers and fiberglass don't mix!
How do I go about sanding it to get it into paintable shape? And please be as detailed as possible! Thanks in advance!
