fiberglass hoods
Been looking at these fiberglass fabrication hoods, but my dad told me not to get one because he has had personal experience with fiberglass hoods and that they tend to shake due to the motor and then mess up the hinges and be a waste of money. Is this at all true with the people who have the fiberglass fabrication hoods? All I have heard is good about this company.
The only part that shakes on my hood is the top of the 3" cowl. I don't see what you dad is telling you to be a problem. If you take you time and install it properly, you won't even notice a difference.

If you have the hood adjusted right it isn't going to shake. You need to make sure it latches tight and the hinges are mounted correctly and if the hood rests against all the factory rubber bumpers you won't have a problem.
Sounds like your Dad is talking about the old 1 sided fiberglass hoods. The new ones are a 2 piece bonded style that looks like a factory steel hood underneath.

K&N air filter, SLP LoudMouth, ES Trans mount, 1LE bellows and the list doesn't go on and on. That's it. But it's still fast and really loud
