Maybe gravity is a little stronger on that side.

They droop after a while. If you look at any trans am or trans-am WS6 you will notice that the right tip while standing behind the car always sticks out a little less than the right one. This holds true on all cars ive seen with the 5.5 inch oval tips. I have also noticed that Z-28 tips tend to hang real wierd (real low) after a while.

I suppose you want to fix it...so, just stop by the parts store and pick you up a couple of hangers and clamps and find somthing to hang them from near the rear, or stop by the muffler shop and get them to fix it...the latter is the expen$ive way though.

i looked up under the back and on both sides i see two holes (on each side) that look like there was som kind of clamp holding them up but the clamps are gone and there is just the holes. so it seems to me like i can just get some clamps and put the them on and they will secure the tips, but what kind of clamps does anyone know what im talking about?

If you just need the clamps, I would say you could use the clamps like the parts store sells. Just get to of them in whatever diameter your exhaust is...stick the hager through and bolt them on. AutoZone and Advance (and other parts stores) all sell the exhaust components like that.
