I got mine from a local muffler shop for 25$ a piece, but mine are 3 1/2" so 3" might be cheaper.

I've got Hooker Dual Euro Tips on my car. You can see pics on my website (link in the sig).

Check www.fasttoys.net .

They have some nice tips there too.

The inlet on those tips is 2.5" where as the stock is 2.25". An exhaust shop could use reducers to get them to fit. Keep in mind the stock tailpipes are offset to the left. If you were to put these tips on the stock tailpipes they wouldn't line up right from the back of the car.

i wouldn't put any reducers on. that's like defeating the entire purpose of putting a hot rod exhaust on and it will prbably cause popping sounds. it's hard to find 3" tips, they are rare.

Not without modifying the whole exhaust. The stock tips are off-set to compensate the off-set exit pipes. You would be better off just getting a new muffler if you were going to go through all that trouble. As a matter of fact, you may as well do a cat-back...

As an alternative, you might want to look at these:

Polished Stock Z28 Tips

They are from www.fasttoys.net and run $99.99 for the pair. Still has the offset that you need to make everything look symetrical, but definitely more flash! I think you would still need to go to an exhaust shop to get them installed. The inlet size is 2.5".

But, hec, some people don't mind the the tips being off center. If it doesn't bother you, like Marky82 said, go to PepBoys, get 2.25" tips and just bolt them up!

Another problem with Pep Boys tips is that they are not stainless steel. I know this because I bought my tips from there, and now I am constantly fighting rust on my tips.

But hey, they were DIRT CHEAP!!!! But this summer I intend to buy some nicer fasttoys tips.
