Ebay Tint? DIY Tinting.

So I need new tint on my two side windows and I was recently looking on Ebay and it looks like they sell precut window tint for about $20. They say it's the same kind of tint used in shops, and is not the purple cheap stuff you see everywhere.

They include instructions, and since it is just the side windows it doesn't seem like it would be too hard. I just want to know if anyone has any experience with this tint or tinting by yourself.

I have tinted a lot of cars. The rear window I can do in strips (not great cuz of the lines) so I recommend getting that professionally done if you care.

But the sides are easy to make look perfect. And do not bother with that cut to size stuff. I just use the tint at the autoparts store and rough cut it a little bigger than the window. Then, once it is applied, I take my razor blade and tape a pen to it as a spacer. Now I run the pen across the perimeter of the window and the razor cuts just a 1 or 2mm below and is perfectly even and consistent.
