Someone opened their door into my SS leaving a small dent behind the passenger door. Is there an easy, cheap way to fix this without risking paint damage?

 

Paintless dent removal. They go in from behind with special little tools and work the dent out. My brother's black Mustang had a lot of dents, and I was amazed at the results after he had them removed this way.
