I was thinking the same thing as I have the light grey leather and want an all black interior.
However my carpet is in far worse shape. The previous owner spilled some stuff that stained it pretty bad in quite a few places. I want to make it black and like the idea of using the old carpet because its not worn...just stained and I guarantee it fits!
Anyone ever done this...going from light whatever to black? Is it hard to make it look even? Where'd you get the dye?
