I did a quick search and didn't catch what I was looking for. Are rear firebird coupe fenders swapable with convertible fenders?

Just noticed at lunch my rear passenger fender has a crack in the paint/bubble on the fender well

 

The rear quarters are welded into the subframe. They're not easily swappable like the front fenders are. Sounds like all you have is a paint condition. Taking it to a shop and having it spot fixed is going to be your best course of action.
