driving lights for head lights w/ h3

I am going to use some driving lights as a replacement for the sealed beam stock lights. they kinda look like the hella ff75 but they use a 55w h3 bulb will these bulbs put out enough light (the ff75 has a h7)for driving. here is a link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT what do you think?

I installed PIAA 1100X driving lamps, an they put out a grip of light. Makes spotting dear ALOT easier.

does one type of bulb(h3) put out more lumens than another type(h7)at the same K and wattage, or are all the bulbs the same, depending on the wattage?
