Door panels

Does anyone know how to take off the inside door panels off of a 4th gen TA? any pictures or how-to's would be great.

There is 2 screws one by the handle and one in the map pocket. Then grab the handle and pull straight up. Be sure to take the switches out . Check out www.shbox.com and look at the window motor write up it may be in there,
