I am about to buy an SS hood from them, since I hear so many good remarks, but the one thing I have yet to hear is, do they function???

The hood is not cutout, you would have to fabricate it and buy a $150 airbox for the SS Ram Air effect.

I will be eventually using my FFI SS hood as more of a heat extractor (in good weather), and in my opinion the SS ram air setup is worthless anyways... however the Pontiac Ram-Air is sweet.

Oh, Yeah well I wanted to be a poser, and convert my Z28 to an SS, so I was looking for a functional hood. Do you know anyone besides Sun Coast that sells them? I hear mostly bad things about Sun Coast.
