Does anyone make a panel that goes where the glove box is?
Honestly, I've never seen a mod like this done before, so I think you may be the first innovator. I don't totally understand how the gauges are going to be used because aren't you going to be a little too far away.
Here's another idea though. Since I know you are up to fill that space ever think entertainment wise? I have seen a panel for a PS2 in someone named Nick's 1995 Z28. He has a silver Z and is easily found in the readers rides and I think hangs around the board. As far as electronics go, I think he definitely has the most incredible maro around. I don't know if he made or bought the PS2 fit enclosure, but it is a nice fit if you are looking for something like that instead of having it under a seat, etc. I'd say check it out and maybe bring him over to this thread. If you are interested he could definitely shed some light onto all of this.
To me...that would make a little more sense instead of just gauges that might look awesome, but aren't going to have as much functionality, unless you somehow angle them towards the driver or are planning on having a navigator...hehe. Almost like cig boat racing.

No PS2 or any of that junk. This is a track/weekend car.
