Does anyone know where I can find clear 12V Led's?

No LEDs are 12V; Any that say they are just have a resistor wired in line with them.
Any white LED will work, just put a 1/2 Watt 470 ohm resistor inline with them.
Ebay has LOTS of vendors for LEDs and for most people that's the best way to get them; some also include the resistors with the auctions.

That site looked nice it's just the Clear Led's didn't have resistor's in them...
