contact the better business Bureau. My brother dealt with a company that did not ship their items promptly and right after he contacted the BBB they send the items right away and with an apology for the delay. Thats step 1 and it usually works.

yeah man go contact the better buisness bureau. They will help. don't stop emailing the company though.

A couple months back I had a problem with a small company. Fortunatly they refunded my money while the BBB started investigating. They really helped.

?
I don't think so.....I know a couple of people that have delt with the BBB....they never mentioned that to me. I don't remember reading that on their website.

The bbb started on my case right away..took like 24 hours. Just go to the bbb website.....all the info you need.

edit
I just went to their website. I doesn't say anything about them having to be a member. just go to www.bbb.com

the location closest to it will handle your case.

Depending on your particular situation this problem could escalate upto but not necesarily to Mail Fraud.

Are they offering to send that item back to you again if they receive money for the shippment or they took it back and just downright refused to give you a refund? I believe that makes a diff....
