I don't think it would be very visible there but if it was less than 6" long I'm sure it would work.

I would be scared driving a car with tiny brakes like that on it. Do a 4th gen swap man.

I've never driven a thirdgen with drums in the rear but believe it or not the braking wasn't THAT bad with those tiny front brakes. The upgrade was a night and day difference though.
