There is always a trade off you make when adding high performance parts to a car. Wider tires mean better grip and handling and it makes the steering more sensitive. Same as when you start changing suspension parts. Stiifer springs and shocks make the car handle better but will jar your teeth out on a rough road. Just ask yourself if the trade off is worth it to you. I know its worth it to me and like someone else said, you'll get used to it after a while. Took me a while but now its no prob. I imagine the stock SS cars handle the same way.
