Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to take the stock grill out..?

There's not really any instructions to taking off the grille. If you're concerned about saving the stock piece after removing it, you'll just have to be really careful. But, most of the people I've talked to (along with myself) had damaged the stock piece during removal. The way I went about it is by pulling on the ends & bending them forward and then unhooking the clips that hold it in. You don't need to remove the bumper to access these clips. They're on the back side of the grille. It should take no more than 5 minutes to remove it. Hope this helps some. Good luck.

Im in the Bay too. Legally we are supposed to have front plates on (in case you didn't know). Most people don't get to much trouble from it though.

I took off my grill once, the screw holes stood out too much to me so I put my grill back on.

I just took that piece off this morning. The clips on the side were easy to come off but with the top three clips, I had to to cut. Im not ever going to use the stock piece again so I just took a pair of wire cutters and cut those clips right off. Tomorrow the Stull grille is going in. I have to drill for that.

Anyone have any tips for the installation. It looks pretty straight forward. I just need to know if the screws will make their own threads to grab or what!?
