Question Desperation paint job needed...how much $$?

I'm detailing my car for the first time today and while I'm claying it, beyond the obvious I'm noticing some "imperfections" to say the least. Something that I can't just detail out. So I'm wondering how much an all new paint job will cost?

Option A) Just get in Onyx Black like it is currently...

Option B) Get it in SOM, my favorite color...

Option C) Go all out and get something crazy like Chameleon or Cherry Black, yada yada...

What are the price ranges for each?

It depends if you do the prep work yourself.

$1500 minimum I would say

For SOM it's probably around the same price range maybe a bit more. Chameleon on the other hand would be quite a bit more. IMHO chameleon looks gay but to each their own
Cool, thanks, thats about what I was hoping.

I would never put Chameleon on my car, but I'm talking about a color thats of equal comparison...something crazy but not tacky.

I highly doubt that. To paint it SOM it would be more like 3-4 grand, think about it they have to tear the car down, then prep, then paint, then put it all back together. Thats ALOT of labor.
