Decent price seat swap from another car?

I love my car but the seats suck. It doesn't help that I have back problems. My wife has a 2002 Sonoma and her seats are much nicer. Is there any other vehicles' front seats that mount in our cars? I'd like to do that with some used front seats from another vehicle. If not is it expensive to fab something up for our cars? From what I've heard the T/A seats may me marginally better and the same for Corvette seats. If I could find some as nice as my wife's Sonoma for not too much money I'd be very happy. Any thoughts or suggestions?

While I haven't actually been in a T/A, I have heard that the T/A seats are far and away better than the Camaro seats. I would be interested in hearing if other seats fit too because I don't plan on keeping my Camaro seats. Unfortunately, anyone selling a complete set of T/A seats knows exactly how much they're worth, so getting them cheap is nearly out of the question.

hmm

actually i can answer this one, cause i just installed one of my corvette seats tonight, got it for a good price(free) and i am really happy with it, i did have to make 3 new brackets for three of the studs, the fit is perfect, and it is alot more comfortable that the stock camaro seat i had in before
