I was goin to have a bunch of exhaust work done to my car, cat and muffler removed, and all new piping put in, but i do not know how it will sound on a 3.8l.. i have minimal mods done, exhaust and slp cai... i do not want to put all the money in just to be disappointed.,.. so i was thinking about gettin a cutout... i found some cable pulled ones on ebay for cheap and i have been reading about some electric ones... from what i have heard, the qtec electric is the best but i dunno if i wanna spend like $150 for a cutout, cuase if it sounds like **** i will never use it...
I was wondering, what are the advantages of both? are the electric ones really that much better or worth the money?

 

I say get a Dynomax Bullet muffler ok, back to your question...I say go for the cable. I've heard too many horror stories about the e-cutouts going out.
