Hey oneslow, nice job with that seperate thread. you got some pretty intelligent answers, which is all I wanted in the first place. I never said its going to work and that I was definately going to do it. If I was completely irresponsible and stupid and did not care, I would have gone outside and cut them up without even posting about on here. your a real inspiration to me. I want to be just like you when I grow up.

Well in that case I salute you sir. But if you really wanted to be like me you would not worry about wheels for your car. I worked on a block pile every day after school back in hs. I busted my *** and today 6 years later I own that company I used to tote block and mortar for. Granted I was given the company by my late grandfather, but I worked my *** off for this company and when the time came for it to go to someone I beat out both his sons and his brother. Why? Becuse I cared more about my future than what the car I drove looked like. Now I have the income to do what I want to my car. So heres a tip that will get you far in life. Set your goals high and bust your *** untill you reach them. Then onece you have gotten there up the bar another notch. Never settel for anything less than the next step up. In highschool you should be thinking about your future not your car. What college you want to go to, what majior you would like, What you would like your future income to be. Heres another tip. High school is just a passing time in your life. The year you get out none of the last 4 years will matter to you. What you did, who you did, how you did it, the friends you made, the enimies you made, the trouble you got in. None of that will matter in a few years. Trust me alot of us have been there and do that. We know a thing or two about life in the real world.

I was just kidding about wanting to be like you, although your speech was slightly inspiring. I am doing excellent in school. I have in-depth plans for college and my major. most of my future is planned out as well. I work everyday but sunday. I spend all of my money on my car payment, insurance, cellphone, and food. What little money I have left goes to pimping out my car. you should probably write books or something. Maybe a professional speech writer.

I didn't want to quote oneslowz28's entire speech, but what he says is the truth. I just got my Bachelor of Arts this December, and I can honestly tell you that your high school years don't matter at all. You have the rest of your life ahead of you and don't need to screw it up by thinking you need to modify your car to look better or something to be cool.

Worry about your wheels if they get damaged sometime in the future. There's nothing wrong with stock salad shooters--I still have them on my car. They aren't bad wheels, they're aluminum and painted silver, for god sakes, they weren't cheap when new.

Oh, and Centerline makes wheels similar to what you want anyway. You could just buy those. I'll see if I can find them online...

EDIT: nevermind, none of those are recommended for Camaros. Check out these:

EDIT2: AHA! Here's the Archer wheels on a Firebird. I bet you'll like these, or the Sunray wheels in the next pic.

well, it's nice to see that this thread got a lot more civil without being locked or anyone having been banned...

I never changed my plan. A lot of assumptions were made. I never said I was def. going to do it. I simply said im going to do what I want. I appreciate the responses that were actually useful though. I dont do stuff to my car to make it cool. A lot of people here in my town don't like camaros and they can all go to hell because my car puts all their hondas to shame anyways.

Thanks for the link the the wheels. I want something that looks like C6 wheels. they are my abosolute favorite. I dont like blingy rims that much. I like clean, five/six spoke racing look, perferably with an alluminum and not chrome finish. I dont like black rims either.

Mmmmmm try OZ racing wheels then. They make a lot of more classic wheels that fit Camaros. Not many people here have them.

I think somebody finally talked some sense into him. Either that or he actually did modify his wheels and they broke on the road killing him in a fiery blaze.

Do you think he at least fell off a cliff? I mean... sliding into a telephone pole isn't that great compared to the rush of flying off a cliff.
