Custom one off 3rd gen aftermarket gauge cluster. Pics inside.

Me and my friend charlie (stangkilla91) spent all yesterdsay and today buying the stuff and fabbing up this custom gauge cluster for charlies thirdgen. We used 1/4" aluminum plate stock and cut it to size. Then we used a 3" hole saw and a 2" hole saw to cut the rough holes. Final touches to the holes were made with a dremel using a carbide bit. The leds came from radioshack and were wired with 640 ohm resistors and placed in a chrome led holder. The switch panel goes inside the console. The switch panel uses the same typ leds and resistors and led holders. The switches are just plain toggel switches. The gauges are Auto Meter's Phantom II series. The gauges in the cluster are: Speedo, Volt, fuel level. The ones in the pillar are oil pressure, tranny temp and water temp. The tach is a shift light/digital tach by autometer.

I've never liked custom stuff like that in cars, but I respect the hard work you put into it. It looks very good!
