Couple Quick Questions about 30th anny T?A rims (blue ones)

Hey guys. I got a chance to pick up a set of the blue anniversary TA rims for $1300 CANADIAN (which is prolly like $850 american) with Goodyear Eagle F1s (275s all around) 90% tread left.
My questions are:
1. How wide are they (my guess is like 8 or 8.5")?
2. How much are they worth from GM (I know you can only buy them if you own a 30th anniversary TA and im guessing they are a bit pricey)
thanks guys

nope....its actually going on a blue/green chameleon formula. I wasnt sure if it would clash but apparently mine was painted with an extra coat of blue pearl. and whenI put the wheels to the car it really look cool. same blue in the wheels as the paint. and the paitn and wheels both have a purplish hue in different lighting. It will give the car a different look. and if I get sick of them, I will sell them. no biggie

I'm not thinking it's going to look so great. It would be sweet if they were the same color as the body, but blue wheels on a blue/green car?
