I know, Oh great not another console replacement question!

Actually I used the search but was unable to find anything. I remember reading a post a while back about upgrading to the 98+ console in a 93-97 camaro. But the only problem is there is a space between the dash and console where the little tape holder thing goes. I believe that someone used a part out of a mustang or something and it fit perfect. If anyone has any details on this and picture that would be great!

Also are there any really good guides for installing the console like parts etc...
