I'm planning on having my car painted real soon. I don't want orange peel... I want to have a smooth, mirror finish. I'm planning on this job to cost $1500-$2000. How much extra should I expect to pay the shop if I ask them to do color-sanding? Also: Do they clear the car after color-sanding?

 

I painted my car and have no orange peel and did not have any orange peel. A good sprayer in good conditions has alot less chance of getting orange peel from what I heard. But to have them sand inbetween color and clear probably costs alot more since they would have to remask the whole car.
