chrome wipers

Is chrome wiper blades pushing the rice look on our cars or what. I have a set here that i just bought and i'm debating wether or not to keep them. My car is silver and i have chrome rims. should get pics tomororw if it doesn't rain

I doubt i will like the way it looks. Im not gonna say that they look "ricey" but they definetly look tacky

Wouldn't they be REALLY annoying, and potentially dangerous?

Chrome wiper blade arms would reflect all sorts of light into your eyes, I'd think... in the day and in the night.... that's gotta be one reason why they are pretty much matte black across the board.

Ditch them unless you are sure you like them.

I wouldn't want to accentuate the "non-stylish" aspects of the car's appearance. Just my opinion.

are you talking about a chrome paint on OEM or platic wipers? or ACTUAL chrome plating the steel wiper arms?

chrome plating the arms may be interesting... But I personally can't stand plasti-chrome if that's what your refering to.

Might be an interesting project, but then again... without doing the large windshield vent at the base of the window it may look kinda weird.
I dunno... you can always remove them later if they look ghetto.
