I think that pic (if it were real) would be possibly one of the baddest F-bodies I've ever seen.

I think it would be almost impossible to chop the top on these cars, this is a lot harder job than an old 32 Ford.
I don't think you could ever get the rear hatch glass to line up and look right, maybe custom fabricate some rear hatch glass

You'd have to have a midget driving it to keep from hitting their head anyways

makes me wanna take the top down on my vert, get a saw, and saw my windshield in half to make it look like that speedster

 

There was a post not too long ago about that car. I see it on TV all the time.

 

that speedster is not what he was talking about, he was talking about literally chooping the top and dropping it a couple inches, there's a photoshop of it on the first page, it's done to older coupes fairly frequently but has been steered away from with newer vehicles because of the increased use of glass in larger areas making it a little more complicated to do without building trays

I think thats what I was thinking of. If someone did that minus the vette rear end and just the roof lowering that would look so bad. i love it.

But one of my buddy's is 6'7 and I have to take the t-tops off or he can't fit when he rides with me

No joke - I was driving a rental one time - a Nissan Sentra I think - had a sunroof. Well, one of my buddies that I worked with was a major homophobe, and we were driving home at about the same time that day. So in the middle of US Highway 41, I stick my head out the sunroof while driving down the road, and look over at him and yell "Hey big boy - you're cute." He got away from me pretty quick - just to make it funnier for you - he drives a Ford F-250.

For some reason - I don't think I would fit to well in a chopped F-Body - if I can stick my head out of that sunroof, then it would probably occur naturally in an F-Body. And I am only 6'-0".

 

Just lower the seats for more head room!
