Center cap?

Center cap?
I just got my rims in. There are 99 vette wide spokes that are powdercoated gloss black. The guy sent the center caps but they have not been painted. I think he used them for road racing. What can I use to fill in the vette symbol on the center cap so I can paint them red? Bondo? Expoy? THNX Dave
