you will more than likey have to grind the hub out a bit to get them on either car.

When I had the '96 WS6 rims from off the Camaro swapped out with the 16" chromies on the T/A they had to grind the inner part of the rim on the ones that came off the T/A slightly to fit over the hub on the Camaro. It wasn't much at all that had to be taken off and it was only on the rear wheels that they had any trouble with.

I put a set of new Trans Am take-off wheels on my 93 Z a year or so ago and didn't grind anything off. Seems like they bolted up fine and I haven't had any problems yet.

i think they may have changed the hub on 96 or 97 models not sure, i had to on a set of 97 wheels and i didnt have to on a set of 95 wheels, so it depends on years i think.

Well i got to mounting the wheels yesterday and at least 2 rims will have to have lip shaved off. The front fit fine the rear do not, unless you shim. I used 1 inch half round file and took it only took me about 20 minute to do 2 wheels. I did then take a grinding stone and clean it up a bit so it was smooth but they came out great with no issues.

LS1s use a smaller diameter axle, so the inside of the wheel is a little bit smaller. Hense the need for grinding while putting some LS1 wheels on LT1 cars.
