I have a set of leather seats from a 96 Z that I parted out, and I was thinking about putting them along with the door panels in my Trans Am. Has anybody ever done this? I am wondering if it would look funny because of the difference in the interior styling...

iv seen TA seats in a camaro and i really didnt notice it at 1st so im sure it would be the same in the TA with camaro seats id do it if i had leather camaro seats i actually like the camaro seats more

 

Yeah that is kinda what I was thinking, and I have the full leather interior set form a 96 Z. So I think I am gonna do it, I wonder if the door panels would look okay because of how they line up to the dash...

 

i dont like the camaro door panels so id just keep the t/a ones

 

the seats wouldnt be bad, but door panels im not sure probably not...and isnt your t/a leather interior, or is it like mine was, fabric and old,before it was standard on t/a

 

Well I got the door panels on, but the screw holes are in TOTALLY different spots. Oh well, it was worth a try. Yeah my T/A came with cloth interior and my passenger side door panel has bad clips and always pops off, it makes me so mad, oh well. When I get the money I am going to convert the whole interior to either a dark grey leather or tan, the body is white. What do you think would look best? I think the dark grey.
