You have the car that I wanted but was unwilling to wait/pay for.

Good for you.

I had the very same type of car. A 1997 30th Anniversary SS but in hardtop with M6. Also had the houndstooth interior. I WILL own another one of those one day. I had all Hugger Orange BMR suspension pieces.

Anyways, very nice setup. Also, give us some info on that lift?

whatever you do try not to let go of that 30th. I think they are by far the best looking 4th gen Fbody that was ever realeased. I would get compliments all the time on the hardtop. But obviously, everyone always wanted to see the red LT4 manifold. Unfortunately, I could never show them that.

Looks great. That lift is awesome though. Anyway, how hard was it to take off the rear calipers and rotors? I hear of all these problems getting the bottom caliper bolt of due to clearance.

Calipers are simple to take off...no clearance problems.......if u are completley dissassembling them....the only clearance problem is behind the spring to get the bolt thats holds the parking brake assembly to the caliper itself...its an allen head and nut not sure what size

i believe calipers and rotors to be the easiest thinkg to do onour cars lol

Yeah I was thinking of the parking brake assembly then. Even better than I thought. Thanks for the info and yeah I agree about the rotor and caliper comment. My C5 brake install was a breeze.
