Anyone who has had this problem and had it fixed by the dealer, please let me know.

I have the service bulletin, and have contacted GM Cust. Srvc., but they are willing to pay only half the cost to fix.

Any help is much appreciated.

I just picked up my 01 Z from the body shop this morning for this problem they replaced the panel and re-painted it plus they gave me a 1 day car rental.

My boss picked up his 01 Z yesterday different dealership for the same problem the dealership paid all cost.

My fiancé had her car 00 Camaro fixed approx 6 months ago same problem GM fixed hers she was already out of warranty. They fixed it because it was covered under GM's 100,000 mile paint warranty plus the service bulletin.

I suggest taking the car to the dealership with the service bulletin and have them fix it under the 100k paint warranty.

Is this something the dealer will pay for only one newer camaro's? I have a '95 and the roof has started to fade out and some of the paint is going away.
