Brand of Rims these are??

I heard that they are Halo, but I can't seem to find anything about them on the Internet or how much they are worth, let alone if I am spelling Halo right.
The emblem in the middle of them is 2 vertical bars with like a nike swoosh looking thing going through the 2 bars.. making an H.
Any iders?
