body kit removal

body kit removal

Is it difficult to remove the body kit, or ground effects, from a gen 4? I see a Z28 I'm interested in but do not like the looks of the ground kit.

Depends on the kit- some are put on with some plastic push pins and double side stick tape, some are only tape.

It shouldn't be that hard- just be careful- the double stick tape can pull paint if you aren't careful. Have any pictures of said car?

I tried to post the pic directly. In the FAQ section it says there is a button that says "Manage Attachments" when you post, but I see no such button.

That's the stock one so it's probably bolted on and will leave big ugly holes.
