Blacked out headlights

I have blacked-out headlights and tailghts, (GTS cover) and wanted to avoid the HID conversion kit, what bulbs would be best? I plan on getting everything else blacked out also (regardless of law in CA =D) turn lens F+R 3rd brake lights and if possible fog lights ( maybe not) 00 Z28 Vert, 9005 9006....

That looks good.

I recently installed some Sylvania Silverstar Ultras (4100k) in my 96. They've got a nice bright white light

Thanks

I was looking into sylvania's and PIAA but some of the bulbs are HID bulbs rated at 55-100w, I don't want to replace the harness (to avoid tripping the circuit or burning) and I don't want to burn the GTS light covers, I'm not sure what the stocks run but aren't they something like 35w?
