Black reverse glow gauges? (vs white)

I want to buy some reverse indiglo gauges, but I don't think I like the fact that they're white... does anyone sell ones that are black during the day but glow green/blue at night? I like the reverse ones, because the normal ones are a little TOO much glow.

(I'm driving a 94z with the 150mph speedo)

Yes those would be cool, but unfortunately I've only seen white face.

The closest thing I have seen to such is putting Blue or Green LED's (or regular 194 bulbs will work too) in place of the stock little lights. This gives it a reverse kind of effect, but isn't really reverse indiglo. Maybe that's what the pic was of? catsnet has this done (blue LED's) and it looks very good. You might want to contact him though.

I don't really care for the indigo gauges; however, I do think the factory gauges with blue bulbs would look good.

You and me the same on the indiglo gauges. On the other hand, I'd like to see some pics of bulbs under the factory gauges. Anybody got em?

no. They are quite expencive though ($10 a pair)
I haven't custome wire them. took the sockets of some old GM car on the Junk yard and replaced the whole things. Didn't event had to f**k with the soleding them. The bulbs are polar sensetive though.
They didn't faded a bit. I have this set up since summer with no difference.

How hard is it to see the odometer? I have blue 194s and cant see the needle's or the odometer worth a damn.

I know ive emailed you before about this. lol Just haven't had the time to order the leds yet.

Also, are those the same LEDs in your aftermarket gauges?

You can see all the needls, no problem. Even the fuel gauge which was in complete dark once I change the bulbs to the blue colored once for the first time.
I have the same bulbs in the Autometer gauges.

So what you are saying is that you couldn't get the other bulbs out of the sockets correct ?

So you bought new sockets and new LED bulbs for them ?

How many LED bulbs did you need total ?

I have heard that you need like 9 total bulbs to replace inside there...
