THAT IS CHEAP! I wonder if they are good quality and what gas they use...I might just have to inquire about those...I said that about the Hella's though based off of their website catalog...so they may have them, just not listed in there or something.

How about $3.90? Linky! It doesn't give any info about the bulbs, but they're CHEAP!!

I think I'd rather have clear bulbs anyway.

Let us know how the Luks brand turns out. I may get my 9006's that i referred to in this thread from them if the bulbs are high quality and perform well.
Keep me posted,
Jay

Hey Dalton, if all goes as planned I am going to install my lights tomorrow afternoon and take some pics of the install and the reward I may also do a comparison like you were talking about...Hella 55w H7 vx. Cuzo 100w H7

If all goes well I'll have pics up sometime Sunday

That would be great man! I hope all goes well for you, I know how cold it has been down south here.

If we can get everyone to take some pics with different bulbs in their FF75's then we'll know exactly what's best for them in output terms and in HID resemblance terms.

Speaking of which, I saw a Blazer this morning that had some bulbs that looked identical to HID, but it wasn't HID (didn't have the HID output). It was a perfect match though to the newer generation like the BMW's, Mercedes', etc. What you think those were Paul?

Got my Luks in yesterday BTW, that was quick...ordered Thursday afternoon, got them yesterday afternoon. But the place was just in FL, so not too far from me. I'll keep everyone posted.

The larger the headlight housing, the easier it is to get the HID look.

In the LS1 camaro's, any of the various Xenon brands would look outstanding, but in our LT1 housings, or any smaller housing, it is harder to get the HID look.

To answer your question, I would bet that they were a True HIGH wattage 4300k bulb (Nokya or FX).

The 4300k range seems to be a compromise between great illumination and a true HID appearance.

Bump on Eurolite totally sucking ! !

My girl had them on her car and one of them burned out within a week.

And the harness is the one from SUVLights.com??? If so - give us a nice review of it - I have wondered what it was like - they don't give much info about it on their site.

Also, is http://www.globalpremier.com/ where you're getting your FX bulbs from - or just on e-bay or something?

I am loving my current Hella Optilux 100w whites, they are brighter even than my Luks, but I am having problems with the burning out quite often? xxsaint69x has the same setup as me, and he has had no problems.

I got my last batch on Ebay, but I have 130w ones on order. What I would REALLY love to see is a 90mm setup with 130w H7 bulbs ! !

Are you running a harness direct from the battery yet or no ? ? Also moisture getting into the housing could be a possibility.
