I'm curious too, Howd you get the M6 one mounted to the underside of the console, also the shifter ***? Look good? I might go down and search at the local junk yard if it looks good.

C5's with A4's have shifter boots........could one of them be made to work since I'm sure they're probably the same shifter?? I was just looking at one today..........looks a lot nicer than the factory F-body A4.

.............geez, something else I'm gonna consider buying for my car now!................thanks!

Question

I've been searching for awhile for alternatives to my stock A4 shifter, but never found any. Could explain your B&M settup a little bit? Where did you get it, and do you have any pics? TIA!

Question

Looks good. Could you give me some info on what parts I would need to do this? Where did you get it all from. Thanks again.

I just took the white plastic piece off that mounts to the bottom of the shift plate and stuck the boot ends there then screwed the plate back on. That holds the boot in place. t comes up through the shifter plate and goes right up to the bottom of the shift ****. Fits great. I did have to cut some of the shift boot off, though.
