Anyone have a guage bezel overlay in their bird?

I found this on ebay today, i've seen them before, but i've never really paid attention. I don't like the aluminum or the chrome, but if i bought one i'd get the cheaper aluminum and paint it black. What i want to know is, i know this fits the 97-02 cluster, but isn't the layout exactly the same in the 93-96 birds too? I know we dont have the digital odometer, but i believe the little stick is in the same place, and all the lights are in the same location, so wouldn't this fit? I know there is a website that sells just the black overlay thing for 93-96 firebirds, but they want $40 for it, and this aluminum one is only $10, so its a nice little deal if it would work. I just really hate how plain the guages look in my car, when the 97+ have everything outlined, i think it looks alot better.

I have one in my 95. its stainless though. I bought it off ebay and i'm not veyr happy with the cutouts. Some overlap lights and stuff. if you want one, i'd get it from MBA, way more expensive but better quality. I'm going to be throwing mine out soon. Only reason is because i got the new 97 style bezel that is being made and i'm going to go with a silver reverse glow to work with the rest of silver and aluminum in my car.

i think fire and ice is who i bought mine from. I'll get a pic tomorrow, the layout is the same, and it looks better the way that one looks. You'll understand why i'm not very happy when you see mine

My instrument bezel

I really like mine, it's unique and it fits well. The one I got for my brother's truck was a little odd. It had an "eye" shaped cutout for one of the turn signals, but not the other.

I don't really like them especially if they cover some panel light. I would go for silver-painted gauge overlays though.

I have the one from fire and ice and it fit pretty damn perfect. I can't complain a bit, not for $10 anyway. I think it looks great, but my car has a silver face monster tach, billet (true aluminum face)mp3 player, and simple silver drilled pedals.

I think it looks good in my car, but I think that's because I have other silver accents. I want billet a/c ***** next.
