Im thinking of taking out the front black plastic grill insert on my ls1. Anyone have any pics with the insert taken out? Any tips to take the plastic grill insert out?

To get the grille out, pull very hard... very fast.
Like the way you would take a band-aid from a hairy part of your body.

Edit: If you take your grille out this way, don't plan to re-use it! If you want the option to put it back in, you must remove the nose of the car. Not hard, a little time consuming though.

as for my opinion, i like the slp grill but not on a light car like pewter, i plan to fill my holes in....but for now im really happy with the no plastic look
