I am 99.93% sure that the Camaro door is the same from 93-02. I just put a
'98 front clip on my '93 and the fender lined up perfectly with the door. Just
make sure that its a Camaro door, I have seen ads that say "Camaro/Firebird
door for sale". The Firebird door is very different externally (same internally).

The doors are exactly the same as far as I know. The inner part of the door (the interior) is definitely different depending on the year and what fabric your interior is though. Do you still have a good inner door interior from your old door?

cool thanks everybody.

i might as well put a set of newer door panels so it can look clean since my stockers are pretty ugly.

The door panels were the same on the 97+'s as the 93-96 Camaros. Only the seats and dash changed to the newer design.
