another console question ..

To start off ... I've been searching this topic for a day

I have a 95 Formula, doing the a4-m6 conversion. While I'm at it, I figure may as well upgrade to the 97+ m6 console. If only it were that easy to find. From searching the forums I've found any 97+ m6 console will work, whether it's from a Camaro or Firebird. But how about from a v6/5spd? Are they the same as the 6 spd consoles?

The 5 speed console will be the same but it'll have the 5 speed pattern on it which i'll look pretty bad. I have a 6 speed insert that's painted black. It has a few scratches on it and probably needs to be repainted. I'd take $30 shipped for it. Its just the upper piece that has the ash tray and shift boot area. It doesn't include the lower base.
