Re: Altezza Taillight Blues
Seal them with silicone so they don't fog up, then cover them with NITEShades. You get the best of both worlds: aftermarket tailights when they light up, but smoked when they're off. I've had my APC Euro Carbonfiber Altezzas for atleast a year, and I haven't had a problem yet.
Re: Altezza Taillight Blues
It's been almost two years and mine is still lasting strong. It's all in the prep, just like all paint projects. He has a stang, so that's his problem right there! Haha, jk jk. Clearcoat with black paint works, but then you gotta have the paint gun for it. Niteshades is a spraycan so it's more easy to use for the average person.

In humans it's called organ rejection.
Re: Altezza Taillight Blues
i been wanting to do that gerber panel idea for a long time, but no money...but i wanted to have the stripes coming down the back and alternate color as they went across the panel like how you reversed the letters
Re: Altezza Taillight Blues
I think you're talking about the Berger panel.
For the NiteShades, I got mine off ebay for like $20. Here's a good writeup:
