Altezza Taillight Blues

I just bought these sons of bitches and within 2 days they are fogging up....
they were fine the first few days, I dont know if its the georgia weather or if i may have not installed them properly...help?

Its a sign from God that even he doesn't like Altezzas on Camaros and that you should remove them as soon as possible...

i actually wouldnt mind getting the OEMs and smoking them out somehow...whats the trick for doing that?

Yeah get rid of them and shade the OEM stockers. I knew the name of the paint but now my mind is blank. I'll post the name for you if I remember.

The paint is called Night Shades.

Seal them with silicone so they don't fog up, then cover them with NITEShades. You get the best of both worlds: aftermarket tailights when they light up, but smoked when they're off. I've had my APC Euro Carbonfiber Altezzas for atleast a year, and I haven't had a problem yet.

VHT nighshades. just put clear on after it or it will look slightly dull. at least that's what i did.

ok well i heard froma buddy with a stang down here
that if you get clearcoat and slightly bit of black paint you will get the same effect, i heard niteshade doesnt last long

It's been almost two years and mine is still lasting strong. It's all in the prep, just like all paint projects. He has a stang, so that's his problem right there! Haha, jk jk. Clearcoat with black paint works, but then you gotta have the paint gun for it. Niteshades is a spraycan so it's more easy to use for the average person.

where would be the best place to pick up this niteshade at?
i bet i could do a layer over these and have a cool lighting effect...

i been wanting to do that gerber panel idea for a long time, but no money...but i wanted to have the stripes coming down the back and alternate color as they went across the panel like how you reversed the letters

I think you're talking about the Berger panel.
